Return & Exchange Policy

 

At butiqq, we always strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, you have the right to request a return or exchange according to the following conditions:

 

The return or exchange request must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all attached tags and packaging.

Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as lingerie, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the return is due to a defect in the product or an error in the order, the return shipping cost will be covered by butiqq.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

 

Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 working days.

Refund Process:

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If payment was made via cash on delivery, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Important Notes:

 

butiqq reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.

If an item is returned and does not meet our return policy, we may send it back to the customer at their expense.

Sale and discounted items are non-refundable unless they are defective.
